PEANUT BUTTER BALLS


        1 & 1/2  cups peanut butter
1&1/4 cups  dried milk
1/4 cup oats  ( opt. )
1/4 cup unroasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
        1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup honey
4 TBS melted butter
1 cup shredded coconut for rolling



Directions: Roast oats in a pan for about 4 minutes. Combine dry milk, oats, coconut, and sunflower seeds. Drizzle honey and butter over top and mix until you have fine crumbs. Use hands and press into 1 inch balls. Rolls in remaining coconut. Refrigerate. Note: dough will be dry but should press and hold into balls. Add a small amount of butter and honey if crumbs will not stay together.

*NOTE: I highly advise that you use only organic ingredients if possible.
